Deadlines and critical dates for applying for student aid

National University Verification/Processing deadline. Students must submit all request forms by this date in order to receive financial aid for the school year.

Completion of Student's Academic Year
Applying for an additional loan (Stafford and/or PLUS): Because students apply for and are awarded aid during different times of the year, each student's academic year will vary. Generally, students are eligible to reapply after they successfully complete all courses in the previous loan period. In addition, 32 weeks of in-class instruction (8 months) must be completed.
