Can’t request your transcript directly from your institution? Try these alternatives:
Parchment Transcript Services
Check if your institution uses Parchment (District Records, Transcript Services, or Closed School Records) for transcript requests by following these steps:
- Go to Parchment.com
- Click on the green “Order Now” button
- In the ‘Find an institution’ field, enter the name of your institution
If your institution is listed, you can proceed with your order. If not, contact Parchment Support to confirm availability.
National Student Clearinghouse
Some institutions process transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Visit your previous institution’s website and search for “Transcript Request” to access their submission instructions.

Preferred method – For the quickest and most secure option, have your transcript sent electronically to [email protected].
Mail Option: If electronic delivery isn’t available, have your official transcript mailed in a sealed envelope to: National University, 9388 Lightwave Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123
