MAY 4, 2023 (SAN DIEGO, CA) – As workplace transformation continues post-pandemic, many find the flexibility of remote work to be more productive with better work/life balance and want to continue working from home.
“Future Proofing Virtual and Hybrid Work,” a virtual conference to be hosted May 11-12, 2023, by National University’s Center for the Advancement of Virtual Organizations, will provide emerging practices, strategies, and tips to support diverse industry professionals in all aspects of remote work.
In addition to providing insight into how each member of an organization can excel in the virtual workplace, the conference will feature presentations and panel dialogue exploring remote leadership, human resources, entrepreneurialism, and management. Business professionals, scholars, consultants and other leaders in the field will share ideas and emerging best practices to optimize perspectives and tactical approaches in the virtual work environment.
Both the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute – two of the world’s leading human resources associations – have approved the conference’s human resources track for professional development credits.
“Future Proofing Virtual and Hybrid Work” will be held virtually over two days from May 11-12. Registration is open at nu.edu/cavo. The conference registration fee is $75.
